We organize events for invited guests and events in which it is possible to participate after payment of a predetermined payment (hereinafter "Events"). If you decide to participate in our Event, we will process your personal data that you provided to us during your registration for the Event or provided in another way when confirming your participation in the Event, for the purpose of holding the Event. These are usually your identification and contact details, the entity at which you work, the job position, the Event in which you will participate, information on your participation in the Event or payment for participation in the Event, and information regarding your other communication with us, if necessary for the undertaking of the Event.

The legal basis for this processing is the fulfillment of the contractual obligation that arises between you and us during your registration for the Event or in another way during confirmation of participation in the Event.

We will use your name, e-mail address and/or telephone number and details of the Event you have attended to send commercial communication related to the Event or similar Events. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of our company in the development of its products and services.

The provision of personal data is not obligatory, however, if you do not provide us with your personal data required in accordance with the rules of the respective Event, we will not be able to allow you to participate in the Event.

Recipients of personal data and location of processing of personal data

Your personal data is accessible to employees of our company or, potentially, external processors who are entrusted with specific tasks related to the purpose of processing personal data.

We will not transfer your personal data to anyone else.

Your personal data will be stored in electronic form on servers located exclusively in the Member States of the European Union.

Duration of processing of personal data

We will process your personal data processed for the undertaking of the Event for the duration of the Event and further, with respect to the limitation periods set by the Civil Code, for a period of 4 years from the end of the Event. For the period after the termination of the contractual relationship, the legal basis for this processing will be the legitimate interest of our company in protecting its rights and proving the fulfillment of obligations arising from the Event.

Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

You have the right at any time to request access to your data – this means that upon your request we will provide you with information about what personal data we process, for what purpose, from what source this personal data was obtained and for how long it will be processed.

You have the right at any time to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data, or the supplementing of this information if it is incomplete. You also have the right to request the erasure of personal data that are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were originally collected or that the Collector is no longer authorized to use for other reasons (e.g., they have been processed illegally, their erasure is required by law, etc.).

Furthermore, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing (sending commercial communication). If you do so, your personal data will no longer be used for this purpose. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, which is based on our legitimate interest, in which case we will continue to process your data only if it is proven that there are compelling legitimate reasons for such action.

You have the right to request restrictions on the processing of your personal data – this means that you can ask us not to delete your data, which we would otherwise be required to do so, and you can also ask us not to further process your personal data until it is clarified whether the processed data is accurate, or whether your objection to the processing of personal data was justifiably raised.
